Our weddings are designed to make you feel at home. We know how special your wedding day is and we work as hard as our beautiful Belgium Draft horse to pull you into your future without a hitch.
We love weddings and it is always a powerful moment for all of us at the Ranch when we hear the words: ‘I do.’
Picture being wed in a Mother Nature-crafted cathedral of mesquites in the cradle of some of the oldest, most beautiful mountains on God’s earth. Your Sandy Valley Ranch wedding will be a day of special ceremony and life-long memories.
Our experienced staff makes it as easy as pickin’ wildflowers. Bring your own Marryin’ Sam or use the services of the Sandy Valley Justice-of-the-Peace.
Take a romantic champagne surrey ride, then return to the Ranch House for an intimate luncheon or dinner for two.
We can do simple weddings with just you and your soon-to-be spouse, or boot stompin’ parties for up to 200 people.
If you fancy comin’ out to us by helicopter, we’ll fly you over the neon fantasy of the Las Vegas Strip, by the magnificent red cliffs of the Spring Mountains, and into the serene mosaic of the Mojave Desert.
When you land at our private, paved Sandy Valley Ranch airport we will pick you up in a surrey drawn by our beautiful Belgium Draft horse and take on a short ride to the Ranch where your Cowboy Adventure will begin.
Let our warm and friendly wedding planners staff help you create the Cowboy Wedding of your dreams as we take you into the heart and soul of the old West. Give Leonora and Tony a call at 702-242-0955.
A beautiful letter from one of our favorite wedding clients.
I wanted to share the deep appreciation and gratitude of our family for all that you, Thomas and your staff did to make Mimi and Mo’s wedding the best ever. It exceeded our expectations in every way.
Your staff treated us and our guests like family from the moment we started planning the event to the very end of the 2-day festivities (and after). Everyone at the wedding commented on the warmth and loving atmosphere at the events. I cannot thank you and the SVR staff (including Gracie) enough. People are still talking and writing to me about how glorious the event was and how they will never forget it.
Someone told me, “Your daughter will ride a horse down the aisle in her wedding gown and the flower girl will throw rose petals from a cart driven by a miniature pony named Rock Star? That sounds like what people do in the movies!!”
And yes, it really was like something out of a very special movie. The whole 2 day pre-wedding and wedding festivities were over the top fun. Everything was high quality and spectacular. Several people told the groom that the wedding was better than their own weddings and the woman who has always planned lavish parties and events (she rented the whole bottom floor of the Ritz Carlton for her son’s wedding) told me it was one of the best weddings she had ever been to.
I am still daydreaming about every moment of the events. So fun and special.
Ps. The cowboy hats for the wedding party were a huge hit, as were the team penning, goat dressing, axe throwing and sling shot slinging and wonderful BBQ rehearsal dinner. The rehearsal was a hoot and everything about the wedding such fun. Mimi treasures every moment of the memories and the western champagne flutes. The girls loved getting ready at the ranch house and, of course, the guys could not have been happier to go shooting with Jimmie while the girls got ready. People loved the M Resort (great tip to stay there), being held up by bandits on horseback as they arrived at the ranch, getting their own bandanas, sitting outside on the bales of hay at the outdoor chapel and having the reception and BBQ dinner (and open bar) in the ranch house. The ranch house is just the perfect spot for a large crowd, plenty of room for dining, dancing, toasting and visiting with each other. I especially loved how guests could go in and out of the ranch house to the small sitting areas outside and on the screened in front porch. The beautiful evening temperature and breathtaking sunset just added to the magic of it all.
I don’t know what we would have done without the great tips and suggestions you, Thomas, Tony and your staff shared with us. Vince and his bus company were phenomenal, the liquor store a pleasure to work with and the menu and lay out of the reception dinner was perfection. I already said the M Hotel was incredible (several people are planning to stay there on their next trip to Vegas) and having the rehearsal itself was a life saver. Your attention to detail and scheduling made all the difference. You and your team each contributed so much. Your team also worked with the DJ, the makeup artist and the cake company so well. That ability to roll with how things evolved and meeting all the bride’s wishes was first class.
