A Setting Unlike Any Other

Sandy Valley Ranch offers couples more than a venue—it offers an experience. Set among mesquite trees and mountain views, the ranch provides a naturally beautiful ceremony space paired with rustic Western charm and modern comforts.

Your ceremony unfolds in a grass-covered area framed by desert landscape, complete with a ceremony arch and hay bale seating for a distinctive Western touch. Afterward, guests gather at the Main Ranch House, which seats up to 125 and features farm-style tables, charming décor, a full-service kitchen, bar, bathrooms, indoor and patio seating, and a dedicated dance floor. A private bride’s room offers space for getting ready, and a large outdoor fire pit creates a memorable evening atmosphere.

Every wedding at the ranch is supported by a dedicated wedding planner who works closely with you from your first inquiry through the final send-off. Couples may bring their own officiant or coordinate with a local Justice of the Peace, and flexible gathering spaces allow your celebration to feel natural, welcoming, and entirely your own.

Wedding Venue Pricing & Options

Our basic Wedding Package is $1,500 and includes exclusive access to the ceremony and reception spaces, along with the core furnishings and amenities needed to host your celebration comfortably and seamlessly.

This package provides use of tables and chairs for up to 125 guests, access to the Ranch House kitchen and bar areas, designated spaces for guest seating and dancing, and use of the bride’s room for wedding-day preparations. Sign-in and dessert tables are also included, along with access to the ranch’s outdoor fire pit for an evening gathering.

  • Horse Entrance to Ceremony. Make a striking Western entrance by arriving at your ceremony on horseback, creating a dramatic and unforgettable moment as you make your way down the aisle. - $150.00
  • Post-Ceremony Ranch Photo Ride for Two. Slip away after your vows for a private horseback ride across the ranch, capturing timeless wedding portraits set against open desert and mountain views. - $275.00
  • Private Sunset Ride for Two. Conclude your celebration with a quiet ride into the desert at sunset, offering a romantic and memorable way to begin your first evening as newlyweds. - $350.00
  • Saloon & Bar Service – From +$20 per person (+ 18% gratuity)
  • Meal Service – From $25 per person (+ 18% gratuity)
