Returns, Cancellations & Rescheduling
At Sandy Valley Ranch, we understand that plans can change. Our policies are designed to be fair, flexible where appropriate, and consistent with the nature of our experiences.
Experiences (Trail Rides & Cowboy for a Day)
Refunds are issued when an experience is canceled by the ranch due to factors such as weather, safety conditions, or operational needs. If a guest needs to cancel due to circumstances outside of their control, we will work with them on a case-by-case basis to find a reasonable solution, which may include rescheduling or credit.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Weddings, Corporate Events, Filming & Rodeo Events
Refunds and cancellation terms for these bookings are governed by the specific contract or agreement associated with the event.
Accommodations
Accommodation bookings follow a structured cancellation policy:
– Full refund if canceled at least 30 days before check-in.
– Partial refund if canceled 7–30 days before check-in.
– No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
All cancellations and refund timing are based on the scheduled check-in date.
Rescheduling
Guests may reschedule bookings up to 7 days prior to the scheduled activity without a fee. Requests made within 7 days may be accommodated depending on availability and circumstances.
Weather Policy
Weather and outdoor conditions can vary. In the event that conditions impact safety or operations, activities may be modified, rescheduled, or canceled at the ranch’s discretion. In these cases, we will work with guests to provide appropriate options.
Ranch Store Purchases
All merchandise is fulfilled through a third-party provider. Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with that provider’s policies. Items may be eligible for return or replacement in cases of damage, defects, or quality issues.
