These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, purchases, and activities at Sandy Valley Ranch. Sandy Valley Ranch, LLC is a Nevada-based business operating in the Mojave Desert region. By booking or participating in any activity, guests agree to the following terms.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. For weddings, corporate events, filming, and rodeo events, deposit and payment terms are outlined in separate agreements.
Participation in ranch activities—including horseback riding and interaction with animals—involves inherent risks. By participating, guests acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to follow all instructions provided by ranch staff.
All guests must sign a liability waiver prior to participating in activities. Riders under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present and must ride under their supervision. A 250 lb weight limit applies to all riders for horse safety. Final participation decisions are made at the sole discretion of ranch staff.
Sandy Valley Ranch reserves the right to refuse service, remove guests from activities, and modify participation if behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or not in alignment with ranch guidelines.
Horses and livestock are unpredictable, and outdoor environments can change rapidly. Guests are expected to exercise caution and follow all staff directions at all times.
By visiting the ranch, guests grant Sandy Valley Ranch permission to use photos or video taken on the property for marketing and promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.
If the ranch cancels an activity due to weather, safety concerns, or operational needs, guests will be offered options consistent with the Return Policy.
Certain services (including merchandise fulfillment and catering) may be provided by third-party vendors. Sandy Valley Ranch is not responsible for the policies or performance of those vendors.
Sandy Valley Ranch is not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, fires, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Guests are responsible for leaving the accommodation, its furnishings, and the surrounding property in the same condition as when they arrived. Guests are responsible and liable for their own acts and omissions, and for the acts and omissions of anyone they invite to, or otherwise provide access to, the accommodation or the ranch.
If a guest, a guest’s visitor, or a guest’s pet causes damage beyond normal wear and tear—or the loss, theft, or removal of ranch property—the guest agrees to pay the reasonable cost of repair, cleaning, or replacement, along with any related costs. Sandy Valley Ranch will provide documentation supporting any such request, and the guest will have a reasonable opportunity to respond. If a valid request is not resolved, the guest authorizes Sandy Valley Ranch to charge the payment method on file for the amount owed. This remedy is in addition to, and does not limit, any other rights available to Sandy Valley Ranch under law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, except where superseded by applicable local or federal law.
Sandy Valley Ranch reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
