Raven’s Nest Tipi offers a quiet, tucked-away desert escape designed for guests seeking simplicity, privacy, and a deeper connection to the natural surroundings. Set within Sandy Valley Ranch, this glamping experience invites you to slow down and take in the stillness of the Mojave.
The tipi is equipped for a comfortable stay with seasonal climate support, including a swamp cooler and misting fan during warmer months, and a heater with a heated sleeping setup when temperatures drop. A small outdoor cooking area includes a camping stove, cookware, basic dishware, and coffee and tea.
Guests can enjoy a private outdoor shower with hot water and wide-open desert views. A short walk away, clean, well-maintained restroom facilities with flushing toilets are available.
This is a place to unplug—where nights are quiet, skies are clear, and the pace is set by the land around you.
Guests are welcome to explore designated areas of the ranch, including scenic viewpoints and animal areas. As a working ranch, you may encounter horses, livestock, and our friendly livestock guardian dogs.
Pets are welcome for an additional nightly fee. We ask that pets not be left unattended and remain under your supervision at all times.
